Fan token allow fans to exercise their influence on their favourite teams in multiple sports. Fans can participate in certain club decisions through Socios.com, for example, choosing a goal celebration song in a football stadium, choosing which fighters should go head to head in MMA and more.
Some of the biggest sporting organizations in the world such as FC Barcelona, Inter Milan, AC Milan, Manchester City, UFC, ROUSH Fenway Racing, and more are just some of the partnerships launching their Fan Tokens on the Socios.com platform.


How do Fan token work? The digital currency for the Chiliz and Socios.com platform is an ERC20 utility token. There is a new category of token called the Fan token. Once onboard the Socios.com platform, yet to-be-announced club partners host what has been called a Fan token Offering. Fans need to purchase $CHZ via the exchange in order to get Fan Tokens.
What is Chiliz Chain? There is an EVM compatiable permissioned sidechain called Chiliz Chain.
