Polygen is the Community's Launchpad and is a place where projects are free to innovate, experiment and launch their ventures with no restrictions. Polygen has created an opportunity for a rich and diverse community that is focused on the long-term success of Projects. Traditional launchpads only select a few projects to launch every month, based on their strict ROI criteria. They are focused on short-term results and achieving a large return multiple to satisfy their short-term investor communities. A number of problems are created by the centralised gatekeeper approach. Lack of openness. Great projects may not get the chance to raise money. Launchpad focuses on the project and investors. The project token is often pumped and dumped by the launchpad community. The project is left without a community as the launchpad community moves on to the next project.
How do we accomplish that? It was a fair launch offering. A Dutch Auction process is used to create a fair launch offering. The auction system creates a fair playing field for investors. The price of a token starts at the highest asking price and goes down over time. Everyone has the chance to buy a token at the price they think is worth it. A uniform price auction is also known as the descending price auction. Polygen doesn't put demands on projects.
