Mononoke is produced by Toei Animation. Mononoke is a horror anthology series that follows the character of a medicine seller as he continues to face supernatural dangers. Between the end of the Edo period and the Meiji Era of Japan, there was a four class system with the samurai being the highest class and merchants being the lowest class.
