The MetaTariff system is geared to be a peer-to-administration system within the P2P universe. With a vision for allowing all P2P online payments to be sent with an embedded feature - the transaction tariff, which is secondary to a P2A transaction sent as part of the same P2P primary transaction. The taxation of cryptocurrencies transactions and gains, not only in the United States of America, but across all nations on earth, is an important topic that stands in the way of the age of uncertainty. The solution to date includes nothing but a set of codes within a certain manual which reads to over 90% of the P2P community as nothing more than overly intricate and much more convoluted set of laws - deemed unnecessary. The idea of taxation has always been political and controversial, even after the laws have changed. Our approach to the solution is not in nature to avoid corruption and disorganization. An innovative resolve that brings regulators and the crypto networks together to find a fair and beneficial resolve for all. The regulation of cryptocurrencies has been a big part of the discussion about bringing more structure and acceptance to the field. Our proposal is to deregulate with the use of two token MetaTariff ($RIFF) and MetaToll ($TAX) as the Toll currency.
