The open and permissionless system can be enabled by the DeXe token. Protocol rules and resources help consensus.
There is participation in DeXe DAO. It's not required to be a DEXE token holder to participate in DeXe.network. DeXe is uploading DEXE smart contract into the open-source community which is free speech and the fundamental tenants of its Memorandum.
