Alias features an energy-efficient proof-of-stake algorithm that provides rapid transaction confirmations, ring signatures for privacy and anonymity, and a fully integrated Tor+OBFS4 layer for obfuscation within the wallet. The team implemented the Alias V3 hard-fork on 17 May 2019. The staking is live.
