If for some reason you have lost the authenticator code and you do not have a backup file (the cuer code or the autentifier installation code) , you will need to go through the procedure of resetting the 2fa code.
To reset the code, you need to write a letter from the email address linked to the account, to the mail [email protected], the letter should contain the following data:
1. data of the account owner (phone, verification, devices from which you logged in)
2. selfie with an a4 sheet, on which the inscription bit. team number and signature
3. detailed information about the latest actions on the account (sales, purchases, inputs, outputs)
