Refund Policy for Digital Assets
If funds are received at BIT.TEAM, in an amount different from the one specified by the User in the application, BIT.TEAM makes a recalculation that corresponds to the actual receipt of funds. If this amount exceeds the amount indicated in the application by more than 10%, BIT.TEAM terminates the contract unilaterally and all funds are returned to the User, taking into account the deducted amount for commission expenses during the transfer, according to the tariffs indicated on the official BIT.TEAM website.
In the event that digital assets are not sent by BIT.TEAM to the specified details of the User within 24 hours, the User has the right to demand termination of the agreement and cancel his application, thereby making the refund of digital assets or money in full. An application for termination of the agreement and the refund of digital assets is executed by BIT.TEAM in the event that the funds have not yet been transferred to the specified details of the User. In case of termination of the contract, the refund of digital assets is made within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the request to terminate the contract. If delays in refund occurred through no fault of BIT.TEAM, he is not responsible for them.
If the digital assets do not arrive from the User to the BIT.TEAM Account within the specified period, from the moment the User submits the application, the agreement between the parties is terminated by BIT.TEAM on the one hand. The User may not be notified. If digital assets arrive at BIT.TEAM after the deadline, then such funds are transferred back to the User’s account, and all commission costs associated with the transfer are deducted from these funds.
If there is a delay in transferring funds to the details specified by the User due to the fault of the payment system, BIT.TEAM is not liable for damage resulting from a long receipt of funds. In this case, the User must agree that all claims will be presented to the settlement system, and BIT.TEAM renders its assistance as far as possible within the framework of the law.
In case of detection of falsification of communication flows or impact, in order to worsen the work of BIT.TEAM services, namely its program code, the application is suspended and the transferred funds are recalculated in accordance with the current agreement. If the User does not agree with the allocation, he has the right to terminate the contract and digital assets are transferred to the details specified by the User.
In the case of using the BIT.TEAM services, the User fully agrees that BIT.TEAM has a limited liability in the amount of digital assets and funds received and does not give additional guarantees to the User, and also does not bear additional responsibility to him.
The User agrees to comply with the norms that are in accordance with the law, and not to fake communication flows and not create obstacles for the normal operation of the BIT.TEAM program code.
BIT.TEAM is not liable for damage and consequences in the case of erroneous transfer of digital assets if the User specified incorrect details when submitting the application.
Within 24 hours from the date of execution of the exchange of digital assets, BIT.TEAM gives a guarantee for the services provided, unless otherwise agreed upon.
In the event that unforeseen circumstances arise during the processing of the User’s application that contribute to the failure of BIT.TEAM to fulfill the terms of the contract, the deadlines for the application are postponed to the corresponding duration of the force majeure. BIT.TEAM is not responsible for past due obligations.
The refund of digital assets is carried out on the basis of the User’s application indicating the following information: User personal data - surname, name, patronymic, passport data, contact information (phone and (or) fax numbers, email address); login name; details of the account and / or account (electronic wallet) to which (which) it is necessary to make a refund corresponding to the type of asset (assets) listed on the balance of the User. The application is sent to the email address [email protected].
All payments are final upon completion unless otherwise required by law. The BIT.TEAM P2P platform has neither the right nor obligation to resolve any disputes arising from a completed payment. Neither the BIT.TEAM platform nor its merchants shall be responsible for any loss after a completed payment.
