Responsible for changing the status of the adof the purchase / sale of cryptocurrency.
At the beginning, information is received about the user who is trying to change the status of the ad.
Search for the ad that the user wants to change. If an ad is found, its status is checked. If the status is false, the following set of checks is performed:
Checking the ad's compliance with the requirements.
Checking for duplicate ads.
Checking the compliance of the exchange rate for a certain cryptocurrency.
Checking the status of the used cryptocurrency.
If all checks are successful, the status of the ad changes to true.
